Hello George ,Hope you are doing well. I am writing you to give you update about me.I am so very happy to inform you that the changes that came up in me are still present and i think i am getting better every day.I am able to stand up for myself in situations that i had never thought i would. You will be surprised to know that as we have an election in our building (it is a big society comprising of 180 flats) for selecting a committee member and I am helping some people and I am able to put across my point of view very easily.My level of confidence has increased in all the social situations.I am very comfortable in large group.Overall there is a consistent change in me.I am also able to practice OEFT :)And lastly, when we went to Singapore i sat on all the rides and i was actually shouting while on the rides, like literally shouting at the top of my voice, after a long time in my life Thank you very much

I always knew that there were things not working in my life, but I dreaded to address them. Over the years I had tried several kinds of therapy but had gone through with neither of them. So when I started sessions with George, I just had in mind to take care of some minor issues. Things however turned out very differently. George slowly guided me to the topics I was trying to avoid.
