I was born in Rethymno/Crete/Greece but grown up in Athens.I studied medicine and was certified as a Neurosurgeon.
I have worked in many hospitals in Greece and UK/have also done training in Cologne/Germany and Mayo clinic Rochester Minnesota USA.
Because of personal health problem(Multiple Sclerosis) I was obliged to abandon Neurosurgery .

When I discovered EFT /OEFT -EFT tapping first -I knew this technique was for me/what I was looking for.
I was first certified by a Greek EFTer but that wasn't t enough for me.So I started and completed the full certification with Sheri Baker (director of Gary s Craig training center for the English language).

A view of the world
If I live a fulfilling and abundant life I will be happy and grateful for it(That is what most people think.)
But in reality it is the opposite:if I have happy thoughts and positive feelings based on Love I will attract an abundant life(abundance in everything/not only money).
So the real problem is for someone to have happy thoughts, positive beliefs and higher frequency emotions based on Love.We believe our happiness and wellbeing is dependent on the outer world but this is an illusion.
Love ,happiness, joy ,euphoria is an inside job.
The only thing we must do is change our vibrational status to a higher level.
This is accomplished with EFT/OEFT properly done.
There are only 2 situations in our Lives:to beg for Love and to be Love.
I have seen hundreds of clients with every kind of symptoms.Always , underneath all symptoms there is a plea for Love without them knowing that it is love and the only reason they don t experience Love is their limiting Belief system thus subconsciously choosing to cling to the negativity of begging for Love. Why is that so?Because by doing so they fill an illusion of SECURITY.
It is SAFER to yearn for Love from known people such as:(parents,brothers,sisters,peers,Teachers,classmates,spouse, colleagues,children etc)than to struggle for the experience of being Love.
Accepting the experience of being Love means responsibility /one stops blaming others for one s misfortune but have insight/look within oneself/means that one will allow oneself to dissolve one s Ego in the vast cosmic ocean of Love and that means fear.
And fear for the ocean of Love/Light that lies within each of us.
The only thing we are fundamentally afraid of is our Love our Light our Power.
So most people do not choose to be Love and Happiness even though that is their subconscious desire, because it causes fear of the unknown.Unhappiness is a safer state .
Most people wait for a miracle to be happy unaware that they have placed their shackles on their perception and body.
Belief of Separation
We believe that Love and God is out there and not within us.
Our senses tell us that everything and everyone is separate from each other and also from the Divine Love which as I said we believe is out there and not within us.
But this is an illusion
So we CHOOSE to live in an illusion of separation,separated with different labels of religion,ethnicity,wealth,social status etc.
But basically everything is a game of perception.
There is absolutely no difference between the richest and the poorest person in the world except of the perception they have of themselves.
Our belief that we are separate from each other and also from Divine Love brings fear,produces guilt produces hostility and the need for supremacy/it is the base of all the problems, conflicts,constant chaos in the world.
Our belief in separation makes it easy to project our turmoil/suffering out there onto others and be in constant battle.
Parents project their problems and desires onto their children,social groups project their problems onto other social groups,nations project and accuse other nations and the list is endless.
Why do we choose to project our turmoil onto others and lack insight?Because it is EASY.
It is far much easier to believe that someone else except me is the abuser and fight them than look inside myself.
But as so many famous scientists have told us:
SEPARATION is IMPOSSIBLE which means that my enemy is also one side of me.
Which means that if I am violent towards him(my enemy)I am also violent towards myself.
This doesn t mean I condone an aggressive/hostile behaviour towards me.
It simply means the more ignorance on both sides the more chaos and violence.
The only thing that is missing from Humanity is Awakening from the illusion of Separation.

Fear and Disease
It is well documented scientifically that negative emotions when strong enough or chronic are associated with a weakened or altered immune response. There are 3 types of negative emotions(N.e): a/N.e.based on fear(fear,panic,terror etc.) b/N.e.based on anger(anger,rage,guilt etc.) c/N.e. based on sadness(sadness,sorrow,worry etc.) All of these negative emotions come from and are linked to negative beliefs and thoughts about ourselves ,diseases etc.
These negative emotions and beliefs lead to a reduced immune response.
When this reduced immune response remains chronic it is sooner or later inextricably connected to the physical symptoms of a disease. To understand how harmful negative emotions are to our health we will briefly discuss a basic negative emotion the deep cause of all negative emotions:Fear
Fear
The frequency of fear is around 4 Hz a low frequency state. Fear is generated in the amygdala a region in the temporal lobe of the brain.When the brain goes into hyper-alert due to fear,pupils are dilated,respiratory rate quickens,blood pressure and heart rate both increase,the rate of glucose delivery to muscles increases and the body prepares for a fight or flight (or freeze)reaction to danger.
Another part of the brain called the hippocampus is closely related to the amygdala.
Hippocampus and the prefrontal lobe help a person know whether the danger is real or not :for example how we react when we see a snake free in the jungle or in a cage at the zoo.
It is the amygdala among other functions that also activates the sympathetic autonomous nervous system for this fight or flight (or freeze) response.
Sympathetic nervous fibers now,start from the brain and end in the primary organs of the lymphatic system(bone marrow and thymus)but also in the secondary ones(spleen and lymph nodes).
These fibers release a variety of factors that affect the immune response by binding to receptors present in white blood cells.
In addition they secrete various hormones such as: epinephrine/norepinephrine/cortisol/prolactin/growth hormone and brain neuropeptides:enkephalin/b-endorphin/melatonin etc.
These substances bind to white blood cell receptors and are responsible for altered immune regulatory functions.
So we see how fear negatively affects our immune system s response thus predisposing us to disease.
The real problem starts when there is:
a/Sudden great fear b/Chronic fear.
Also whether the threat is real or imagined the response is the same.
EFT and especially OEFT neutralizes this connection between amygdala -fear-sympathetic response thus reversing this negative cycle which causes disease.
Finally according to various experts when chronic fear:headaches become migraines/muscle aches become fibromyalgia/shortness of breath becomes chronic asthma/body aches become body pain etc.
Also fear is responsible for:Chest pain/chills/dry mouth/nausea/rapid heartbeat/sweating/tremor/upset stomach/endocrine system dysfunction/insomnia /insulin resistance/shortness of breath etc.
Furthermore chronic fear causes chronic anxiety and people try to soothe it using various substances/addictions such as: drugs, alcohol,smoking gambling,sex etc .which also harm the immune system.
There are many other harmful consequences to our health because of chronic fear(environmental, spiritual etc.)which I will not mention here.
Love and Health
There are also numerous studies and a relatively new field in medicine called neuroimmunology that show that positive feelings of love are linked to a strong immune system, less or no stress, a healthy heart, a longer lifespan, mental health and overall well-being.
When we experience a healthy, loving relationship based on care, trust, and support, there is a profound mental, emotional, and physical impact on our health.
When we feel emotionally connected to others and the Universe, our brain releases feel-good hormones, such as oxytocin and serotonin, which help neutralize feelings of anxiety and depression.
Love in general:
1/Increases life expectancy: Research shows that people with strong social and personal relationships tend to live longer. These relationships can also reduce the risk of heart attacks, certain types of cancer, and infections like pneumonia.
2/Maintains a healthy heart: Supportive relationships help regulate stress hormones and reduce inflammation, two key factors in reducing the risk of cardiovascular disease.
3/Reduces blood pressure: Happy couples tend to have lower blood pressure levels than those who are unhappily married or single.
4/Reduces anxiety: MRI scans show that people in stable, long-term love relationships show greater activity in the reward and pleasure centers of the brain, while showing less activation in areas associated with anxiety.
5/Relieves stress.
6/Fights Depression.
7/Boost the immune system .
8/Helps with pain management.
9/Supports gut health.
10/Improves sleep.
EFT and especially OEFT when done correctly is a powerful tool for replacing low-frequency negative emotions and limiting beliefs with high frequency emotions based on love and positive beliefs about ourselves that help us develop our potential.

In other words change our craving for Love into the:I am Love

That also means positive cognitive changes/ feelings of joy,passion and happiness.
Only when we are in alignment with Unseen Therapist /Divine Love/ do we feel happy ,joyful and excited.

About Diseases/a Spiritual View
You cannot solve a problem based on the frequency level you have identified.

I have been studying medicine since 19th years old ,I have worked in some of the best hospitals in Greece and UK but I discovered what health means only when I developed my own health issue.
In this chapter I will not deal with the biological and biochemical aspect of a disease but I will presend a spiritual perspective,beneath the discoveries of quantum physics, which is never taught in Medical Schools.
It is called metaphysical but it is very real, only our ignorance of the reality characterizes it as such.
As I have already said:
According to quantum physicists SEPARATION of things is IMPOSSIBLE is an illusion of our limited 5 senses.
So if Oneness is the reality what are diseases under this perspective?
But what does Oneness mean?
Oneness means that everything and everyone is connected in an infinite Now. We are all connected in a endless ocean of frequencies in an endless ocean of Unconditional Love each with their own point of attention and path.
From this perspective there are not any labels of disease but only energy disruptions , Low Frequency states due to the lack of Love.
These energy disruptions are low vibrational states that manifest as negative emotions(fear,guilt,anger,grief etc.) and mentally as limiting beliefs(I am not good enough,I dont deserve,I must be punished,suffer etc.).
It is always the result of a lack of Love.
So it is the lack of Love which ultimately contributes to or creates disease.
This is a long-time process with roots in childhood or even in the womb/it takes decades to develop and initially manifests as an energy disruption in our energy field and -if untreated -later as body symptoms.
These negative emotions+negative thoughts/beliefs are part of our Mind.
So under this Oneness perspective a disease is basically a problem of our Mind and not of our body.
This means that our Mind creates our diseases and the key question we have to ask is:
Why am I doing this to myself?
From this perspective a disease has a meaning not only biologically but also spiritually.
Its up to us to decipher the spiritual meaning of a disease and change course in life.Otherwise our health will deteriorate.
If we decipher the spiritual meaning of a disease and change course there is the possibility of partial or complete recovery -if a certain point in the body has not been exceeded.
The sooner we change course and align with our true self/our joy the better the outcome will be.
We must understand that If we have the power to create our illnesses then we have the power to heal ourselves.
Thus from the perspective of Oneness we can understand diseases as a body manifestation of our disconnection from Oneness/Universal Love or God.
When this(Oneness/Love) energy in the body is blocked and body frequencies are reduced a negative cascade begins of every kind of problem which sooner or later produces symptoms.
As a result of this almost in every disease there is poor cellular oxygenation,cellular acidosis,cannabinoid system dysfunction ,increased concentrations of positively charged ions,reduced cellular communication with biophotons etc.
Furthermore as I have already said when fear and negative emotions destroy our lives our immune system weakens and our body becomes vulnerable to all kinds of invaders,the body simply can not get rid of the various forms of toxins.
There are several stages in this process but when toxins enter the cells all kinds of symptoms develop.
So it is our Mind that needs healing and then the body -if a certain point has not been overcome-will follow.
So real cure is cure of the Mind
This is achieved with EFT/OEFT properly done.
Finally from the perspective of Oneness there is a situation that we encounter in almost every disease that lies deep inside us and manifest itself in various ways:
Craving for Love:
Underneath every kind of disease there is a craving for love from familiar people (parents,siblings,peers,spouse, husband,teachers,children etc.)which is combined with security.This craving for Love causes misery but we are stuck in this scenario not knowing that we are already Love.
We (unconsciously)reject our true self,our talents or charisma for this craving for Love and remain stuck in the past.
With EFT/OEFT properly done we can gradually change our perception from feeling victims of a lack of Love to masters of our lives,connected with Oneness and an expression of true self and talents.
This brings absolute Joy, happiness and pleasure.

Furthermore as I have already said when fear and negative emotions destroy our lives our immune system weakens and our body becomes vulnerable to all kinds of invaders,the body simply can not get rid of the various forms of toxins.
There are several stages in this process but when toxins enter the cells all kinds of symptoms develop.
So it is our Mind that needs healing and then the body -if a certain point has not been overcome-will follow.
So real cure is cure of the Mind
This is achieved with EFT/OEFT properly done.
Finally from the perspective of Oneness there is a situation that we encounter in almost every disease that lies deep inside us and manifest itself in various ways:
Craving for Love:
Underneath every kind of disease there is a craving for love from familiar people (parents,siblings,peers,spouse, husband,teachers,children etc.)which is combined with security.This craving for Love causes misery but we are stuck in this scenario not knowing that we are already Love.
We (unconsciously)reject our true self,our talents or charisma for this craving for Love and remain stuck in the past.
With EFT/OEFT properly done we can gradually change our perception from feeling victims of a lack of Love to masters of our lives,connected with Oneness and an expression of true self and talents.

-36 years old man/gambling addiction/divorced /2 kids living with his ex-wife .
He was a good professional who earned a lot of money most of which was spent on gambling.
Like all addictions gambling soothed him from his anxiety.
Belittled and disrespected as a child from his father he had developed an inferiority complex towards his father and other men in general.
CCB:I can t be like you
BNE:Fear,Guilt,Shame,Anger
CrfL:I will win a lot of money(Gambling)/I will prove I deserve your respect.
We resolved a lot of specific events/gambling stopped completely.
When the gambling stopped the smoking began which also ended as we moved on to resolving specific events.
He finally began to understand that the only thing he fears is his own power and light.
He now has his own business with 10 people working for him/has also another woman who loves and respects him.
2/Suicide attempts
-35 years old woman /show woman /had made 2 suicide attempts .
She was rejected from her father who also rejected her mother and had multiple relationships with other women(he now has dementia).
CCB:I am nothing to you
BNE:Despair,fear,guilt,anxiety
CrfL:Her suicide attempts (and her general behaviour): I will die for your love/if you don't love me.
After we resolved several specific events/the relationship with her father improved drastically.
She wrote a play/theatrical script about the relationship between a father and his daughter that has been a great success here in Greece.
Now her theatrical script is being performed all over Greece with her in the central role.
3/Behavioural issues
-39 years man with constant failure/he was stuck in a negative cycle of failure (these are his words) producing poor results even though he knew when to stop.
His father was distant and constantly rejected him.
CCB:I am not important to you.
BNE:Despair,Guilt,Anger
CrfL:Look at me failing /will you give me some Love now?
As we progressed it was revealed that he created failures by waiting for a father to come and show him love/we resolved specific events related to his negative belief and his score improved drastically /(failures)stopped.
4/Diabetes Mellitus
-72 years old man type1 Diabetes -insulin injections 25 years now.
Deep hatred for his mother,stubbornness/refusal to understand her(his mother had stolen a lot of money from him to give to his older brother).
Bitterness and anger was his main negative emotions felt around the stomach-pancreas area.
In fact every time he was overwhelmed by these emotions his blood sugar levels would skyrocket(to sweeten his bitterness).
CCB:Nobody will ever love me.
BNE:Bitterness/anger/rage
We resolved a lot of specific events about his stubbornness not to understand his mother but eventually he started to understand the connection between blood sugar levels and bitterness-anger within him/then his blood sugar levels started gradually to improve/now they are lower than half of his original levels(about 130-150 while initially they were over 300)/some days he stops taking insulin injections.
5/Fatigue and Insomnia /past life problem.
-57 years old woman fatigue, ,insomnia/depression/no children.
CCB:I don t deserve to be loved.
BNE:Despair,fear,loneliness,anger.
She grew up with an emotionally absent mother,and was belittled in favor of her younger sister.
There was also insomnia 1-3 am
As we discovered she woke up every night to see if her mother was alive.
This childhood terror about her mother s death-as we discovered- had to do with a previous life experience 100 years ago when as a child she had witnessed her mother being murdered in a massacre.
In another situation she was being chased by people who wanted to harm her.She woke up to check if everything is ok.
Now insomnia is gone/tiredness has stopped/she has started a new job she loves and a new relationship.
6/Vision problems
-70 years old woman with vision problems/(blurred vision).
Her father also had vision problems/as a child .
Basic conflict:I am forced to see things I don t want to see.
CCB: I am not allowed to be happy:if I am happy I will hurt others/I don t deserve to be happy
BNE:Guilt,Shame,Fear,anger
After we resolved a lot of specific events related to her condition her wellbeing improved/she also had a slight improvement with her vision problems.
Unfortunately due to difficult circumstances she temporarily abandoned therapy sessions.
7/Tendonitis
-49 years old woman/2 kids/arthritis pain /deep hatred towards her mother and older sister/unhappy marriage/multiple sexual partners.
CCB:I don t deserve as a woman
BNE:Anger,Guilt,shame
CrfL:Her inability to move due to pain and avoid violent behaviour=I choose to suffer than hurt you.
We resolved many specific events and now she has started writing stories, fairytales for kids etc.(she always wanted this)/has changed her diet/start exercise/meditation etc.

8/Exhaustion/Behavioural problems
-60 years old woman when with certain women she runs out of energy.
Belittlement,rejection by her mother...
CrfL:She was giving all her energy to another woman -a substitute of her mother- for her Love as a result she was drained from energy.

BNE:Despair,Guilt,Fear,Anger.
After we worked a lot on her issues she stopped offering her energy to another woman for her approval and had excellent recovery/well being/self-confidence etc .
9/Arthritis/Depression/back pain.
-65 years old woman leaves alone with 25 cats.
She told me a lot of various problems arthritis,back pain exhaustion etc.
She was also diagnosed with Spinal Lumbar Stenosis but was negative for surgery.
She was rejected from her mother who never accepted her.
CCB:I am guilty and I must be punished/suffer.

We worked a lot of her specifics had a slight improvement but suddenly she stopped therapy.
10/Behavioural issues
-38 years old man has had a lot of accidents and failures.
Rejected by his father/behind all these constant accidents was a begging for love from his father.

11/Arthritis/anxiety
-55 years old woman arthritis pain/anxiety/migraines/divorced/2 children.
Devaluated as a child in her family- because she was a woman- in favour of her brother .
Her parents presented themselves to her as the perfect couple -which ofcourse was an illusion -and she was very disappointed because she couldn't have a relationship like theirs.
Her father also was distant and cruel towards her so she developed a negative core belief:I am useless as a woman and I am useless because I am a woman.
BNE:guilt, anger, shame,fear
CCB:I am worthless as a woman and because I am a woman.
We resolved several specific events associated with these negative feelings and her negative belief:her pain stopped/anxiety subsided /she left her job and has a new life now with a new partner.
12/Ca Prostate
-67 years man Ca prostate/had undergone prostatectomy 1 year ago and he had been checking his PSA levels regularly since then.He was also a vegetarian and a fan of holistic therapies.
When he came to me his PSA levels were rising and he was concerned about it.
At home he played a protective role for his younger brother (who was his mother s favourite and he is now a famous scientist and songwriter)/a role that he hated.
He felt sexually repressed since childhood/ there was huge frustration associated with his sexuality.
CCB:I am not enough as a man/I don t deserve to be loved by a woman.
BNE:anxiety,fear,sexual frustration,intolerance
CrfL:There was a superficial I don t need you attitude towards his partner(he was always watching other women when he was with her/so she was frustrated and angry) but underneath was his fear of being rejected if he expressed his craving for love to her.
After we resolved several specific events related to his mother s rejection /started performing PPP by his own/his PSA levels decreased.
13/RETT Syndrome
-9 years old girl with RETT syndrome/continuous clapping and mild mental retardation.
Her symptoms worsened when her parents argued/fought with each other in front of her.
I worked with the parents on their relationship and taught them how to do surrogate OEFT on behalf of their daughter.
There was improvement in their relationship and a slight improvement in the girl s symptoms particularly clapping.
14/Epilepsy
-11 years old girl suffering from wheezing/seizures and somnambulism/always in front of other people.
The parents changed hospitals and doctors all of whom prescribed antiepileptic drugs.
The girl s mother -a person full of negativity - rejected and belittled her daughter while the father was supportive.
The girl unconsciously created the wheezing and seizures to get her father s attention /in rivalry with her mother.
We resolved several specific events of the girl and her mother working primarily on OEFT techniques and I taught the father to do surrogate EFT on behalf of his daughter and his wife.
Suddenly the mother died -during the Covid period.
In less than 2 months all of the girl s symptoms disappeared/today she is 16 years old, tall, beautiful and healthy full of dreams for her life.
15/Asperger s syndrome
-11 years old boy had been diagnosed with Asperger s syndrome -a syndrome similar to autism.
There was social isolation and a general fear of almost everything.He was very good at math and physics/ but with unpredictable behaviour.
His father was 25 years older than his mother who had many lovers,she was usually absent and sometimes she became violent towards him.
So there was a weak patriarchal model for the boy to indentify with.

We resolved a lot of specific events of the boy and the mother and I taught the mother how to do surrogate EFT on behalf of her son.
Suddenly the boy-after a rejection from a girl he liked -changed completely: discovered religion ,the christian God and became a devoted Christian.
He began to preach to his mother about chastity,the fear completely disappeared and he gradually became a leader in his class.
