Let's say your name is Nikos.

Sit somewhere quiet, with your back straight and your legs uncrossed, close your eyes.

Now, imagine you are standing in front of a magical mirror.

Imagine the Nikos of your dreams, even if you believe that you can NEVER become that person.

Picture yourself as being completely happy, full of euphoria, satisfaction, excitement, etc. / Do whatever you can; don't worry if you don't feel it—just imagine it.

Imagine what this Nikos is doing, what he can do, his clothes, his environment, his gaze, etc.

Now, say to this Nikos:I'm sorry, Nikos.

Please forgive me, Nikos.

Thank you, Nikos.

I love you, Nikos.Stay in this state as long as you want / see how you feel / if you don't feel anything, that's okay.

When you're ready, take a deep breath and open your eyes.

Repeat this as many times as you like.

The Nikos of your dreams is the person you truly are.

The Nikos you are now is the one you have created because of your subconscious limiting beliefs.

All obstacles, negative emotions, and limiting beliefs will come to the surface and need to be worked on.
