Do you breathe without problems?Are you in general good health?Do you have a house/shelter when it rains not becoming wet?Do you have some money to have a decent life/not obliged being a beggard or a thief?Were you ever saved  from a possible serious accident unexpectedly by miracle ?

Sit comfortable/Close your eyes and recall such specific events from your life.For each one of these specific events say :I am grateful to you EVEN THOUGH YOU DONT KNOW TO WHOM YOU ARE.

Do it every morning when you wake up or in the evening before you sleep /and watch what is going to happen.
You will gradually experience a lot of positive changes in your life.
